Paternity testing can be performed for legal or non-legal purposes to determine the true biological relationship between a man and a child with 99% accuracy for inclusions or 100% exclusion. There is no age limitation for test participants.

What do I need to know before requesting a paternity test?
Requesting a Paternity test requires the participation of an alleged father, child, and mother; however, the mother's participation is recommended but can be optional.
Legal Paternity test
requires a scheduled appointment for sample collection to verify identification. A photograph will be taken of the tested parties to maintain a strict chain-of-custody (legal documentation). Samples are collected by a medically trained technician with a painless buccal (cheek) swab and shipped securely to the AABB accredited laboratory for processing. Results are reported electronically within 2-3 working days. The original court admissible report is sent via US Mail.
Non-Legal Paternity test
requires no identification. Samples are self-collected in the privacy of your home with a painless buccal (cheek) swab and shipped overnight securely to the AABB accredited laboratory for processing. Results are reported electronically within 2-3 working days.
