Our Privacy Policy: addresses the privacy concerns of visitors to paternitydirect.com. We respect the privacy and security of our patrons. Our goal is to maintain your trust and confidence when handling documents, personal information and specimens collected for testing request.

Any information we request: such as your name, address telephone number email address and or other identifiable information is used solely for the purpose of processing your test request. 

We protect information collected: by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. We do not trade, sell or rent personally identifiable information. 

Release of Information: We do not release information about our clients via telephone or without a subpoena for business records.

Report release

We do not release test reports to: unauthorized individuals. All persons requesting test reports will be instructed how to provide valid identification. Test reports will only be released to the tested parties, their legal guardian(s), attorney on record, law enforcement or government agencies. 
Non-Legal Test reports: will be sent electronically via email.

Legal Test reports: original will be sent to customer via US Mail.
