COVID-19

We know there are a lot of concerns and questions about the coronavirus disease 2019 also known as COVID-19. At Paternity Direct, we are monitoring this situation closely and continue to see customers by appointment only. We are and will continue to follow guidance and recommendations provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). 


Please know that we are taking precautions to keep our customers and staff as safe and healthy as possible. We do ask that any customer experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms, such as cough or shortness of breath, see their primary care provider and reschedule their sample collection appointment. We also encourage everyone to follow the recommended CDC best practices to help decrease the spread of COVID-19, flu and other viruses.
