Refund Policy

Our services are backed by a refund policy which entitles you to some or all of your money back, if the requested service is not completed. Here's how the refund policy works.

Full Refund:

If no specimens were collected for the test paticipants and requested testing was not performed.

Partial Refund:

All test participants whose specimen were collected will be subjected to a per person charge for their individual profile report.
